URGENT MESSAGE REGARDING APPLICATION APPROVALS!
 
MANAGERS - Please check your junk e-mail folder for e-mails from nestlereimbursement@tuitionstatusupdate.com.  If e-mails from this address are being delivered to your junk e-mail inbox, please classify them as "not junk" so they will begin being delivered to your regular outlook inbox.
 
In the meantime, if employees come to you regarding the approval status of their applications, you may log on to the website at https://nestle.tap.edcor.com  and enter your UserID (SAP ID – if it begins with a zero, you must enter the zero) and Password (Your 5-digit home zip code) to access any applications awaiting your approval.  If you have problems signing in to the website, please contact Edcor at 866-366-2238 to have your password reset.

ATTENTION: ALL EMPLOYEES

REQUEST FOR TUITION ASSISTANCE IS A TWO-STEP PROCESS!

STEP 1:

Applications must be submitted and approved no sooner than 60 days prior to, nor later than 15 days after, the start of a class.

It is the employeeís responsibility to confirm final approval of their application as soon as possible after it is submitted.

Applications are not to be considered approved until the employee receives an approval e-mail from nestlereimbursement@tuitionstatusupdate.com.

Please Note:If your application is not approved by your manager within 60 days of submission, it will automatically be rejected.

Failure to follow-up with your manager regarding approval of your application will result in the delay of any tuition assistance available.

STEP 2:

Requests for reimbursement must be submitted, along with all required supporting documentation, within 90 days of class completion!

OTHER IMPORTANT REMINDERS!

·         For up to the minute status of your tuition assistance request, please access www.TrackMyStatus.com and enter the 16-digit tracking number associated with the request.  Please contact Edcor at 866-366-2238 with any questions.

 

·         To ensure timely turn-around for reimbursement requests, participants MUST use the Processing Request Form as the fax cover sheet for receipts, grades and other documentation. NO OTHER COVER SHEET SHOULD BE INCLUDED!  Requests for reimbursement MUST be submitted within 90 days of class completion!

 

·         To prevent your annual cap amount from being affected, you must cancel any open, approved applications you do not intend to seek reimbursement against. This will adjust your annual cap availability for future applications.
